Not bond bro.. Bonds and T-Bills are the reason of today's fear of recession because the values for 2 yeare and 10-year turned negative.  Thus it fueled fear of recessions in the Street.

By December, if US and China has sound trade deals, China will have to adjusts its monetary systems which leave the Chinese consumers less expendable dollars to spend. By then, the need to invest in overseas real estate (in US) from Chinese investors will soften. Which it will create a surge in supply with less demands, then pricing will go down .. We're talking about a year from now, if that were to happen naturally..

Also, EB-5 Visa for foreign investor with minimum 500K USD will increase to 900K USD by November 21, 2019. In other words, by December consumers will see less demands in housing market as the "flaw" EB-5 Visa criteria has incresased.

Nè bác tư ít có đi coi nhà. Thật ra người chinese họ đã bớt đi mua nhà ở mỹ cả 2 năm nay rồi.

Người ấn độ mới là chính bây giờ.

Giá nhà sẽ không rớt như năm 2009, 2010 đâu. Nó có rớt cỡ 10% là cùng. Tại vì bà con mua nhà khoảng 5 năm trở lại đây đều bỏ vô 20% down lận cho nên ít có ai chịu bỏ nhà walk out đâu.
