giờ no objective , không làm gì hết  

Mấy đứa cháu đưa resume cho tui review tụi nó có để objective giống như hồi trước. Giờ tui gởi link cho tụi nó đọc thay objective with a summary statement.

Bỏ phần hobbies đúng rồi. Who cares hobbies. Lỡ nghe hobbies khác cái ghét, cùng hobbies cái favor hơn.

No resume as well. Create a profile in LinkedIn then see jobs posted interested, then connect and ask them to review thru profile. Then schedule phone or zoom face to face, then onsite visits.

Resume vẫn là primary profile. Linkedin and others chỉ 2ndary. Làm như job nào cũng nằm trên Linkedin. Với lại đâu ai cũng muốn khoe tùm lum thứ họ làm trên Linkedin. You are outdated

Xin job phải để objective , Khong để là resume go into the trash bin.. Ai mà có công đọc mà biết mình apply cho job gì . Hai cái quan trong nhất là objective va` qualifications
