News just said the Europe travel banned to U.S. that was announced by Trump last night ONLY applied to FOREIGN TRAVELERS, NOT American citizen who is currently traveling in Europe and wants to come home . What the hell are they thinking???

The point of travel banned là trying to stop the virus from Europe countries. By only applied to FOREIGN TRAVELERS, and not U.S. Citizen WILL NOT DO ANY GOOD, but created the panics and nose dived in stock market today. What a STUPID President!

That's what my point. Why bothered having the ban for? What is the good reason for stopping virus when you banned foreign travelers only?
