West Coast States (CA, WA) should have higher unemployment rate bc they shut down sooner and longer, and more people.

có vài hãng construction họ đang đề nghị cho mở lai ...construction thì rất cần, nếu làm mà chịu social distance thì OK ..hôm qua lái xe về thấy mấy bác làm trên mấy cái roads họ wear masks hết .
