Representative to file bill to allow Texas to secede from United States

AUSTIN, Texas - A state representative from the Hill Country in Central Texas wants to give Texans the option to opt-out of the United States.

State Rep. Kyle Biedermann, R-Fredericksburg, told his supporters on Facebook that he plans to file a bill allowing for a referendum on secession.
"The federal government is out of control and does not represent the values of Texans," Biedermann wrote in a Facebook post. "That is why I am committing to file legislation this session that will allow a referendum to give Texans a vote for the State of Texas to reassert its status as an independent nation."
Biedermann goes on to quote Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Consitution. “All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit.  The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform, or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient.”[/size][/size]

cái vụ ly khai TX này có cả trăm năm rồi ... nó có thật vì có văn bản lịch sử ... hồi đó TX chỉ cho federal "mượn" đất có hợp đồng ... sau này federal "cướp" đất luôn không trả ...

cũng như có một vùng đất ở Arizona thuộc về dân Da Đỏ cũng ký cho Federal thuê ... sau này thành United States thì nhà nước quịt luôn , không trả tiền thuê và trả đất lại ...
