If Poodle stands #2 while golden retriever (white retriever in vid) stands #4 on level of intelligence, I wonder what a border collie is actually like.

We adopted her 8 years ago. She was lost and my wife found her at my parents’ front yard, begging for food. She was probably 4-5 months.
I guess she still 8.
