We just came back from our vacation and did visit Yellowstone in Wyoming. I believe the main reasons why that state has such low vaccination is because people live pretty far from each other because they have many ranches.

Our niece got sick during our trip and her doctor has to call in a prescription for us to pick up. The pharmacy was very small and barely has anything. They only had 1 medicine out of 2 that we needed and had to order the other one. The teen working at the pharmacy told us when she was growing up they did not even have a pharmacy and they have to drive 90 miles to the next big town to get medicines.

There were 2 small grocery stores right outside of Yellowstone where the tourists are but quite expensive. Salmon was like $16/pound and did not look very fresh either. Everyone told us they are only open during late Spring through Fall for tourists. After that the entire town including the Park pretty much shuts down due to snow.

The owner of the Airbnb told us "the grocery store is just down the street" and it turned out to be a 30 minutes drive! So I can imagine it would be difficult to have the vaccination centers for everyone to go to since most people are living in their ranches/farm land with 30+ acres!

Gà hỏi dân local đi grocery mua đồ ăn ở đâu vì 2 tiệm trong khu tourist khá mắc. Họ trả lời là họ lái xe 90 miles to the next big town to get most of their foods. Chỉ khi nào cần vài món lặt vặt thì đành phải mua trong 2 tiệm đó.
