Hooray! My company's policy on Vaccines!
Effective December 1, 2021, XXXX requires that all U.S. employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated means that two weeks have passed since you’ve received either the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
What you need to do:
• If you are already vaccinated: Provide proof of vaccination status to your local Human Resources or your designated local management leader.
• If you are not vaccinated, or only partially vaccinated: Arrange to go to your local vaccination center to get vaccinated or complete the vaccination process.
• If you have a disability or sincerely held religious belief that prevents you from getting a vaccine, see Human Resources who will review your request for an accommodation.
Beginning December 1, 2021, employees who choose not to get vaccinated, or those who have an approved accommodation, are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test on a weekly basis as a requirement for entry to any company's facility. Acceptable tests are: PCR Test collected by a nasal or throat swab or Rapid Antigen Test collected by a nasal swab at a government certified “Point of Care” test center under the supervision of a trained tester. Testing costs for those without an approved accommodation are the employee’s responsibility.

chổ Gạo thì must be vaccinated by Nov 15 for people who attend conferences, meeting with gov't. employees không phải gặp clients thì Jan 15, 2022. However, mi`nh phải submit plan khi nào fully vaccinated by Oct 15.

Re: Hooray! My company's policy on Vaccines!
Our US Headquarter lease is ending at the end of the year. They were in the process of negotiating for a renewal or find another location last year and then COVID happened. I heard we got a much better deal than normal because many offices are struggling to find tenants since many companies are still WFH.
Even when we return back to work, my company said they will allow some hybrid WFH/Work in Office. They still need to figure out the logistics because people will have to share office spaces and then somehow they have to get the spaces sanitized.
