Yep. Junk food will make you feel hungry fast and all day.

Ensure curbed my appetite making me fill full until lunch time. Lunch, I’d have a salad and don’t have to eat anything until dinner with no problem. It’s amazing what this drink can do to your appetite and cravings.

I’m old….er than younger people. Its’s similar to slim fast but taste better.
