Business làm sao claim & gian lận tiền unemployment được? Business có thể gian lận tiền PPP thôi.  Mà nếu tiền này bị gian lận thì tui nghỉ mostly do smaller business chứ mấy hãng lớn như airlines họ khó gian lận được bởi vì những người làm applications toàn là nhân viên fill out chứ đâu phải chủ hay stockholders.  

Employees don't have a vested interest to lie on the application.  I know because I worked on the application and having to track all the spendings for CẢRES and answering all questions on the audit currently.  We did not even use up all the funds given and returned the unused money back as well.

Cái post nói là "trợ cấp covid" đâu có nói "unemployment". PPP là part of Covid Stimulus Programs. And yes, there are bad actors out there would take millions of dollars from the stimulus programs.
