tech dùng mấy năm rồi không có bị problem gì hết, tech chỉ dùng 1 year hardware service của Dell thôi. nếu có issue gì tech có thể deal with it. Nếu nhà sis có ai biết computer thì mua basic thôi, nếu cần thì sis nên mua support just in case any issues.
