The first minimum monthly payment of $200 is due on November 30, 2022, and the same minimum will due at the end of each month until the total amount owe is paid off to the Association.

It's unclear. If someone/I want to pay the total due at one time and how come, they force to pay in payments plans. It's none of their business like a "goal" line. Keeping paying until and it's done, 5K or 10K? Didn't make sênse and logic.

$200 minimum monthly payment is due by the end of each month beginning November 2022 until full payment is repaid to the Association. Failure to make timely or minimum stated payment will incur $xx amount of penalty for each time (or you can state a reasonable % of interest).

This is the letter that I got from ls. Do you think that he should re-enroll to the school. I've already paid $600 on Nov. 1, 2022. Do you think "scam" ỏr "deceived" involving in this case and a chance to rework. it's not a homework assignment.

Vậy lá thư này là của luật sư (LS) của trường gửi tới đòi tiền Chôm Chôm huh? You should googled up the school to see if it's legit. We cannot tell you whether it's scam or deceived based on the letter.

Delay it. I will have to pay more fees if I am confirm the amount.
