Lunger and his two travel companions were told that they weren't allowed to collect their suitcases and wouldn't be provided with overnight accommodation, food, or transport, the lawsuit says. Per the lawsuit, they booked alternate tickets for the next day and had to pay both the price difference and a ticket change charge.

His request to be seated next to a man instead of a woman is a little unusual but if other passengers are willing to switch then the airline should have accommodate. Swaping a person to another seat will not cause a weight imbalance because most of the time they do not know ahead of time which passengers will sit where and how much they weigh to know if it's too heavy or light!

In my opinion, the airline was being very unreasonable especially if the passenger was very polite when making this request and other passengers were willing to swap!

what if no one wants to swap ? shouldn't he be thrown off the plane if he was in non-compliance ? If I was there, I'd thrown the dude off too.

Nếu 0 ai chịu swap thì lúc đó ổng có 2 choices là:

1) Phải ráng chịu ngồi chổ assigned seat.
2) Hoặc ổng và vợ request to get off.

Chứ nếu có người bằng lòng swap mà flight attendant 0 chịu là họ unreasonable (assuming what the lawyer said was true)!
