How do you kindly tell your coworker their perfume might smells good to them but it’s giving you a headache?

I hope I don't offend you, but your perfume seems a little too strong & causing me to have bad headaches!

She’s really sensitive and other people are afraid to say anything to her. She nghi no’ thom and spray a few times a day. Once in the morning and another one before she leaves. Hoi thay ba luon.

I always turn on my fan to blow it back to her, hoping she’d get the clue which she never does.

I hope you’d understand but the perfume is giving me a headache..Hows your day going?

You need to be polite but direct when you tell her. Don't try to sugar coat it and she does not get it.

However if you are allergic to all scents, then you should say "I hope I don't offend you but I have allergic reactions to a lot of scents especially if it's too strong. So I may need to leave the room if it starts to bother me".

Hopefully she's considerate enough then she would not wear perfume or not to wear overpowering scent
