Vậy thì lái 5 miles under speed limit đi!    Chứ trong rule book mà ghi là phạt 5-10 miles thì lúc đó bà con lại than là tui chỉ chạy hơn có 6 miles (ie one mile over what the rule book said they will give ticket) thôi sao lại phạt tui!

5 miles thì còn thấy khác biêt trên speedometer chớ 1 mile làm sao thấy ?
