We put the gate in the architectural plan but HOA said no. There will be a gate once HOA reimburse our deposit.

We got quotes from several people and decided to go with this guy because of his daughter. She was the one who knocked on our door advertising for her dad. Like her dad, she nhin hien, honest va vui ve lam. When he came over to do the yard measurement, I asked about his daughter and he said she wanted to be a cardiologist and told her she needed to find work for her dad who will help make her dreams come true. Other than that, we didn’t haggle since we were afraid they won’t do a good job by cutting back materials and replace them with cheaper ones. Minh nghi tra cheap qua thi nguoi ta se~ lam cheap lai, vay thoi. They did a great job and every penny was worth it.
