Locating your priority date is fairly easy. Review the I-797 Notice of Action (I-130 Approval Notice) that was provided when the I-130 petition was approved. The priority date is in the top section of the document. In the example below, a red circle identifies the priority date.
For petitioner of form I-130, The priority dates are given based on these preference category:
F1 visa category: Unmarried, adult sons and daughters (age 21 or over) of U.S. citizens
- Current priority is January 8th 2010 - It means that if you had filed form I-130 on or before January 8th 2010, then you're likely get called for an interviewing process.
F2A visa category: Spouses and unmarried children (under 21) of permanent residents
- Current priority is March 22nd, 2015
F2B visa category: Unmarried adult sons and daughters of permanent residents
- Current priority is June 8th, 2010
F3 family preference category: Married sons and daughters (any age) of U.S. citizens
- Current priority is March 1st, 2005
F4 family preference category: Brothers and sisters of adult U.S. citizens
- Current priority is Jan 22nd, 2004

Have you read the whole thing ? You asked a question, and I provided you with the info so you can chart your course matching up to the situation that you have, or your cousin has, at home.
Please read it and let me know if you understood it.

F2B means that your cousin is a "Green Card" Holder ? His/her children will be called for interview today if he had petitioned them on form I-130 back in 2010.

Oh, ic.

The kids are over 21, but what status is your cousin ? US citizen ? or Green Card holder ?
Anyhoo, for US Citizens, the kids are under F1 preference category. It would mean that it would take about 10 years and 2 months for application to become current (or to get call for an interview). For Green card Holders, their kids would fall under F2B preference category, which would equate to about 6 more months of wait time, or 10 years and 8 months.
All together, it would take up to 11 to 12 years before their children can reunite with them in the States.
