Although he's acquitted of all charges in Kenosha Wi., but he may have to face Federal Civil Charges. Carrying an assault rifle cross state line and murdered 2 people and wounded 1 would be a violation of Federal Civil Rights Law under 14th Amendment of "Due Process" clause.

You can't claim self-defense when you came to other's people house and carried a deadly weapon. What happened to this trial was that it seems that the presiding Judge had already had his own conclusion and may have given the jury stricter rules when deliberate the case. Or the DA there was more lenient to the defendant by not pressing harder in any evidence, or the jury itself was sat with all members that are "patriots" .

In all, this verdict send the message to all the thugs of "chump's fanatics" is that "It's open season to those could carry AR15 to different town, different state and just kill anyone they'd like."

I did not follow this case and I don't think it's fair that he got away with murder. However if he has a license to carry that weapon then he's not breaking any laws to have that weapon with him. When other people attacked him, then he can say he used his weapon for self-defense.

At the time of the killing, he was 17 years old kid came from Illinois to Kenosha Wisconsin to roam out on the streets that were on curfew law, and carry an assault rifle which he has no license nor permit to legally call it "open carry". He roamed the street with the intention to kill as if he was in some kind of video games. From the look of it it, that kid broke every laws there was would have applied to a non-white person on the street at the time.
