Summer is around 80F, hiking up hill to Eagle lake easily get tired with the heat. 45 mins up 15 mins down. Summer has a lot of tourists. Watching Fall leaves is usually around Oct 10-15. Too bad, all the parking for hiking now has to pay parking ticket where it used to be free. Driving around the whole lake takes around 2 hours. However, it would take longer at certain location for hiking. Few casinos there if stay over night. A few hotel from 20 miles away on top of mountain if you like to stay at high elevation but freezing and chilly air at night.

If you want to take picture with snow at the lake, go around Jan-Feb. Yosemite 20 -25 năm trước, rất đẹp. Năm rồi trở lại, phong cảnh thay đổi, vẻ đẹp xưa bị phai nhạt khá nhiều.
