AH cross examination began this afternoon and here are some of the points that the lawyer has pointed out:

1) There were several times when AH claimed JD had abused her but she never seek treatments to show evidence of being abused. AH even claimed he hit her in the face so many times that she lost count but the lawyer said there were no marks to show eventhough JD always wears very large rings on his hands that should have left marks on her face. She also claimed he probably broke her nose on one incident but when she attended some gala she seems to look fine. AH claimed she covered everything up with makeup and decided not to seek medical treatment.

2) AH claimed that she did not married JD for money so she would donate all of the $7M divorce settlements to 2 charities. She even made a sworn testimony that she had donated all $7M but during cross examination the lawyer pointed out that only JD accountant sent the first $200K of the settlement to the charities and then Elon gave $500K/each in honor of AH. Amber claimed she pledged $7M (which the attorney said it's very different than actually donated) and the reason why she has not fulfill her pledge was because she's being sued by JD. However the lawyer pointed out JD had given the $7M in full for 13 months before suing her so she had plenty of time to fulfill her promise.

If Amber was being abused by JD like she claimed, why would she begged him to come back when he wanted to go away? Also why would you give your abuser a very big knife as a present if you fear he might kill you?

2) Amber claimed that she did not write the Op Ed headline and did not realize they had wrote it as "Amber Heard:  I spoke up against sexual violence - and faced our culture's wrath.  That has to change.".  Yet she tweeted that article herself and still denied on the stand that she did not know about the title.  She also denied the article was written about JD but she was referencing about Men in power in general.  This was written after she filed for a restraining order and also said she was a victim of domestic abuse and now she said the article was not about her and JD?  However later she did say the article was not just about Johnny but he was part of it.  So indirectly she admitted that the article written was about JD so they can justify that article damaged his reputation and he suffered financial impact from it.  

3) Previously she claimed JD hit her for the 1st time in 2013 but in another testimony she said it was 2012.  Camille pointed out the inconsistencies of the testimonies and she said she got mixed up since there were so many instances of abuse.  I can see not remembering what happened in between but I would think she should remember very clearly the 1st incident.  How can anyone forgot the 1st time they got abused by their partner especially if she had already reported the abuse.

AH made it harder for abused women to voice their stories in the future because of all her lies now!

Em nghĩ là sau vụ này thì sự nghiệp của cô ta trong Hollywood cũng sẽ chấm dứt. Bởi vì quyền lực ở Hollywood nằm trong tay của các ông, mà các ông trong đó thì rất ghét loại phụ nữ như cô ta.

Có nhiều người wonder tại sao JD cứ cuối gầm mặt khi AH gives testimonies. AH claimed it was because he felt guilty. However, yesterday Camille played a recording where JD told Amber "you will never see my eyes again".

NY Post seems to interpret that as him feeling guilty. But I interpreted that JD does not want to give her any more opportunities to manipulate and cry to him when she wants to get her ways. He knew if he looks at her he might soften and believed she really wanted to reconcile.
