I sold something on eBay and sent to the seller without a tracking number.

15 days later, she emailed me asking where her item was.

I told her I sent it to her in a white envelope with a forever stamp to the address she gave me.

15 minutes later, she opened up an eBay case. I was so mad that I refunded her with a message stating I believe in karma and would never do this to anyone and hoped she would have a great life. I was so furious that I put in a request to close my eBay account.

It won’t be permanently closed after 30 days meaning I can still receive emails but can’t reply.

A week ago, she emailed me with a screen cap of the envelope I sent her and the item. It got delayed because of a .30 postage shortage. She said she loved the item and asked how she could pay me? She said she could pay via PayPal or Venmo. I wrote back and told her she could keep it as a gift from me but the email couldn’t be sent since the account has been closed.

Today, she sent another email asking if she could pay it via pay pal or mail the cash to me. Again, I replied and got a message saying, “ message couldn’t be sent, try again.”

Is there another way for me to tell her it’s alright, she could keep the item as it’s a gift from me?

I thought of sending her a reply email from my personal address to her email address but the only thing I have is her EBay name.

I was gonna leave her a feedback telling her to keep the item as a gift but there’s no feedback option. It’s gone after the case is closed.

I was angry cuz I couldn’t believe there’s such scammers like that in the world. Ko le o nha dep ma di scam people? it was just a misunderstanding. Lol

Go to paypal and send message to her, she paid you at the beginning

I called and spoke to the eBay specialist who told me all she could do was to note on the account and if the buyer calls, they’ll let her know my account has been inactivated.

Nothing much they could do. I guess it is what it is. At least there’s still hopes for humanity and not all are bad as thought.

Mai mốt có gửi đồ đạc trên mạng thì nhớ trả thêm $1 Signature Required là không lo lắng gì hết

I guess you can dispute if you see some unknown charges or weird activities on your card or bank account.
