Cái accent wall trong bathroom là porcelain tiles chứ 0 phải paint đâu. Gà cũng had a hard time to choose a vanity bởi vì trong tiệm HD/Lowes họ để 72 inches model cho mình coi/feel. Và online thì mình cũng có nhiều options để chọn hơn nhưng 0 feel được quality & also đọc reviews thấy nhiều cái ship về nhà bị damaged nửa. May sao Gà thấy trong local FB marketplace có bà kia listed this one for sale. Her elderly parents bought it but they decided not to remodel I guess. Gà tới coi thấy nó cũng good quality và màu trắng thì có thể balance out with our crazy accent walls in the bathroom bớt 1 chút!

Yes, they used 3 inches baseboard. It did not even cross my mind.  I guess we should have ask for taller ones...but since our ceiling is only 8 feet and we already hàve 2 piece moldings would it make the room shorter?

Yes trong shower có cái bench.  Tụi này cũng lưỡng lự 0 biết có nên bỏ vô vì hiện giờ 0 cần xài và nó cũng làm cái shower area chật thêm.  Nhưng đọc online thấy nhiều người nói nên làm vì tương lai it will be difficult to put in later without having to redo the whole shower.

Cái shower enclusure là 60 in x 40 in nên hơi bé but our bathroom is small so that's all we can do.

Tutu - For my husband's office I listened to my SIL/niece and chose a light grey color from Behr called Platinum (online 1st pix).  They painted 3 coats and it looked blue so I asked if they bought the right color and they said yes.  I had to ask them to stop painting and ran out to HD to buy Flannel Gray color instead (online 2nd pix).  I should have known I am not a pastel color person.

This is the tiles for our bathroom wall & flooring! For wall, we went with Onyx Blue and floor is Onyx Ivory! SIL của Gà chọn Onyx Ivory for her wall & floor in her MBR after she saw our floor. Nhìn nó màu kem nhưng có vân cũng đẹp lắm! I saw the Onyx Blue at the contractor's multi-million dollars home and he said he can get them for me in smaller size 24x48 instead of the whole slab which costs 4X more!

My husband liked the work that was done.  He said they spent a lot of time and thought perhaps they did not make enough money on our house!

Họ 0 có cho separate price for the bench but only quoted us for the entire bathroom.

Tốt nhất là bring in a few people to give you quotes rồi compare....nhưng small job để làm cái bench thôi thì some contractors may not be willing so it's best to have some small independent person that does this as a side job!

Còn 0 thì medicare should allows her to buy the medical bench to use!

Làm xong hardwood floors 37 hộp chỉ còn dư bao nhiêu đây thôi vừa sát nút à! Trong khi đó người bạn tự làm và dư tới 10 thùng nguyên và nhiều cái lẽ tẻ.
