We rented a Airbnb in CAD where we had several issues but we did not complained:

1) The house had a peculiar smell as soon as we entered (smelled like Indian spices).
2) The furnitures and decors were dated (old) and plants were not looking healthy so making the decors even more drabby looking.
3) We could not find the washer/dryer as listed and found out the host had them locked in a room near the entrance and we had to schedule a window of time of time to do laundry instead of doing it at our convenience.

Fast forward, my SIL found out host can leave feedback for renter and basically they complained:

1) We were making too much noise walking inside the house because we were wearing hard soles slippers (we were wearing crocs).
2) We were talking too loudly after "quiet hours" so the host could not sleep until 2 hours later (we normally came home from hiking around 8PM or 9PM and would start eating/cleaning up/shower until 10 ish and then go to sleep.
3) We used the laundry room beyond their allotted time since thêre were 3 couples and we did separate laundry (1/2 hour later).

I have read stories on the internet about these "unreasonable" hosts that charge high cleaning fees and give people a long list of todo before we can check out (they had that too). But I think it's unreasonable for the host to expect people to wear soft slippers, not talk in the house, and also limit people's time to when they can do laundry. We are normally out during the day and came home in the evening when we can cook/shower/do laundry. If they are that sensitive about noises or if they don't want people to do laundry, then don't list their house as Airbnb!

My cỏworker kể có lần he booked aibnb cho đã tới nơi mới biết chủ nhà đã canceled cái booking của him mà không thông báo tiếng nào.
Rồi một lần khác khi mấy cha con tới airbnb thì thấy căn nhà đó chìm trong nước chủ nhà không ở đó không biết nhà mình bị ngập luôn...
