Nếu vậy thì sao 0 try to pass cái bill để allow abortion during 3rd trimester only nếu có 3 người BS ký giấy là đứa nhỏ đó bị severe birth defect? Cái bill họ tried to pass là chỉ cần 1 người BS ký giấy và người Mẹ's life 0 cần be in danger to continue the pregnancy.
