Samurai has always been eating very healthy & excercise his whole life but his cholesterol Had always been 220 and above.
Until a year ago, I gave him fish oil every day, his most recent lab has brought his cholesterol down to 198
fish oil is good for HDL, Try???? .. not LDL

not really
bring up HDL nhưng LDL cũng có thể up luôn
by calculation thì nó bring down total cholesterol
