The mom usually leaves around 7 pm to let me water the pot but stopped doing that ever since I asked hubby to put a temporary drip that runs into the pot. We’ll pull it out after the eggs hatch. Or should I just leave it there so I don’t have to feel obligated to water it every day?

I’ll pass out if they’re snakes since the quail mom has been incubating the wrong eggs.

Nope!!!It’s amazing they all hatched. My mom said there were a whole bunch of them running around in the backyard with mommy while thang B was there. She said Thang B just sniffed at them then walked away.
